The documentary series Handle with Care is about the life-saving work of the Newborn and Paediatric Emergency Transfer Service (NETS). Using stories from the series, Iris Pictures cut together a short promotional program for NETS, which was shown at fundraising events. The video was successful in helping NETS raise $80,000 at fundraising events in 2003.
